		<description>Good info Daryl.  This activity is also causing problems for home buyers.  Just yesterday I had a deal where my client was the successful bidder and the next morning I submitted their application for approval.  The insurer advised they already had an application on that property and would not proceed with my application until the first was cancelled.  Someone had submitted a dummy deal without an accepted offer.  We had a quick financing deadline and our hands were tied!  Got the deal done, but not a good situation for anyone.</description>
